Chippa United want action to be taken against Joseph Molangoane and Kaizer Chiefs, after the player failed to report for

Chippa United want action to be taken against Joseph Molangoane and Kaizer Chiefs, after the player failed to report for their pre-season.
Chippa claim to have a two-year contract with Molangoane, while the player and his camp seem to dispute that. As a result of the contractual dispute between the former Orlando Pirates player and Chippa, the midfielder reported for fußballtrikots pre-season training at Chiefs instead of the Port Elizabeth outfit.
The Chilli Boys are making all the necessary attempts to ensure that action is taken against the player they claim to be theirs. While it has been reported by the Siya crew that Chiefs are believed to have told Molangoane to stop training with Steve Komphela's team, the Soweto giants are still keen to sign him for the 2016/17 Absa Premiership season.
Chippa have taken the legal route against Chiefs and Molangoane in their way of trying to bring the player back to the Eastern Cape.
Although Dan Malesela is already preparing for the new season without Molangoane in his plans, the club wants to cash in on the fussball trikots player by selling him to Chiefs or any other interested club.
Molangoane's original contract with Chippa was due to expire in June, however, Chippa claim that the player signed a two-year contract extension with them towards the end of last season.
The player and his representatives seem to be convinced that the contract expired at the end of June.
