Although they grew up in Brussels, one of the first football shirts that Yannick Carrasco and Mylan Carrasco were given

Although they grew up in Brussels, one of the first football shirts that Yannick Carrasco and Mylan Carrasco were given was that of Atletico Madrid, with each of the football-loving brothers ultimately going on to wear the red and white stripes in a professional capacity. A relative on their Spanish billige fotballdrakter mother's side gifted the two young Belgian boys with the kits and they have had an interest in all things Rojiblanco ever since. "Since we took that photo [in our Atletico shirts] we've had the dream of playing for Atletico," Mylan Carrasco said. Before then, the two boys loved watching all types of football, but they hadn't previously supported one team. "We liked football, but didn't have a favourite club," the younger brother explained. "We would watch all of the leagues on television, such as the Spanish league, the Belgian league and the Italian league." Now they are both fotballdrakter med on the books of Los Colchoneros, with Yannick recently signing a contract extension until 2022 and with Mylan hoping to return to the Atletico B team after completing his season-long loan with RSD Alcala - who take on the Atletico B team in Tercera Division Group Seven on Sunday.
