How does one become a beta tester when they already purchased the demo on itchio? All answers are welcomed^^

What do you mean by purchasing the demo? (I mean, demo is free to play)

My apologies for being confusing. I was saying that I purchased the game for $28.99 on itchio and I was wondering to become a beta tester do I have to purchase the game again for $48.99? Or is there a way for me to add on to the 28 without paying the entire 48?

The only way to upgrade your purchase now is:
- Ask for a refund for your $28.99 purchase (by contacting support@itch.io saying you want to upgrade to a higher tier).
- Re-purchase the game at $48.99
